EDUCATION
Now offering photography instruction for the less-than-professional!
Seminars at the studio are $75 per person. To enroll in a seminar, advance payment is required, and enrollment is limited. If you cannot make it to one of the seminars at the studio, then consider hosting a seminar for you and your friends! Hosted seminars outside of the studio are a flat rate of $600 for two hours, but can be as large as 15 people. One-on-one tutorials with Stacy are available for $250, and can be reserved in two-hour blocks. In these private sessions, Stacy will gladly discuss anything from photography techniques, to software programs, to practical archival storage solutions for your home. Sign up quickly! Space is on a first come first serve basis.
The Digital Camera - 2 steps past automatic mode
Don't let all the buttons on your camera intimidate you. Even professionals don't use all those functions. You only need to learn a few of the menu buttons to make a world of difference in your personal snapshots. If you are in the market for a new digital camera, wait until you take this class. You will learn the limitations of certain "hi-res" cameras and why bigger (and more expensive) isn't always better.
Bright Light & Sports Photography
You can't change the location of your daughter's soccer game and you can't request your son's baseball game be delayed until right before sunset. Taking pictures of your kids in sports or around the pool is the most challenging situation. Say goodbye to fuzzy pictures of your kid kicking the soccer ball. Learn how to stop motion, prepare for bright outdoor sunlight and taking photos around the pool. We will also have an open discussion on working with your own children. This summer you will be more confident taking pictures whenever and wherever your vacations may take you.
We recommend taking "The Digital Camera - 2 steps past automatic mode" prior to this class.
